Browser - Sales: Viewing Recent Orders
See your most recent orders first, without running a search
Overview
The Sales screen opens straight to a list of your most recent orders — you don't have to search or filter for anything. It's the fastest way to check what was just rung up, whether a payment went through, or pull up a receipt from a few minutes ago.
What it looks like
When you open Sales, the page title reads Recent Orders, and the table below it is already populated. Each row is one order, with columns for the order ID, when it was created, customer, totals, payment type, and status.

- The order list loads automatically. No search or filter is required to see this list.
- Each row shows:

Common Questions
How many orders show at once?
The list is paginated — page controls appear at the bottom of the table when there are more orders than fit on one page.
Does this list include voided orders?
Yes. A voided order still shows in the list with a Void status badge; it isn't removed from the history.
Can I take action on an order from this screen?
Yes — each row has an action menu (the ⋮ icon) offering Receipt, Refund, Void, Add Tip, and Reopen, depending on the order's status. Those actions are each covered in their own articles.
